So...

It was a rather depressing week last week. Until the midnight showing of the Hunger Games. That was pretty fantastic. Until I had to go to school that day.
WHAT I HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD TO THIS WEEK:
Tuesday-last dance class(es) WOOT!
Wednesday-mutual. We're making temples out of sugar cubes!
Thursday-uhm.... soccer practice?
Friday- WEEKEND. I dunno. The past two Fridays I've had to walk home for the lack of people. It's been an odd experience.
And I'm going to finish reading Pride and Prejudice this week! Even though I was supposed to have it read by today. I did my book report and had my mom summarize the last 50 pages of it for me!

Nope.

This quote is not me. This week year (especially) I have completely given up on dressing well. Sperrys, toms, boots, oxfords, dresses, sweaters, plaid, those super tight skirts, maxi dresses, belts, bows, etc? Yup. No go in my head. I walk into Forever 21 and my mind explodes. I would like to just throw on a dress in the morning and not have to worry about pants. OR even better: shorts all year round! I NEED more dresses. And Hunger Games apparel (because the movie comes out in 6 days 4 hours and 25 minutes from this moment! EEP!

peacocks. yes.

Watermelon colored!
Plaid + Scallops. Crazy!

This would need a cardigan. Or undershirt.

I love how colorful this one is!

Yellow's my favorite color! You know it man!

I love this one. Like a LOT!

FOOD. Then, instead of eating food, I can just look at my dress!

Dandelions! Aw cute.

More yellow!

Boats. Boats are cute. I like boats. Reminds me of this.

Bow!

MUSIC reminds me of this.

Term 3

One day left, and I will probably get to bed before 12:00 tonight! I'm shooting for before 10:00. My favorite part of the school day is walking home. Especially on days like today when it's feeling like spring, and even if I don't talk someone will talk to me so I just have to listen. All of my older friends complain that the freshmen don't know what they're talking about when they say they're stressed. I believe them. I will have many stressful times in the future. Oh dear high school, why do you make so many of us youths miserable? All we want to do is play night games and you make us get up early and go to bed in the wee hours of the morning. You give us sleep deprivation and mounds of busy work. But what am I saying? I am but a simpleton freshman. Apparently I don't know what I'm talking about.

ASL

Respect for the deaf? I have it.
At school, I take an ASL class. It's a lot of fun and I love it! Especially since I have the class with two of my friends. They are very funny.
The teacher for the class is actually deaf! It's so cool!! She actually knows what she's talking about. (Unlike a certain french teacher last year... hem.)
This term for my ASL class we were required to go to a restaurant and order food as if we were deaf. I have just come back from doing that, and I have developed an infinite amount of respect for the deaf. It was one of the scariest things I have EVER done in my life.

Peace and Love!
